基隆一家有30多年口碑的蚵仔煎,老闆故意煎的比較焦,雖然看起來賣相不好,不過配上獨家醬料,反而有不一樣的口味,再搭配上新鮮蚵仔,是在地人的特色小吃。

肥美的蚵仔加上青菜,淋上太白粉和蛋汁,等個2分鐘,加上獨家醬汁,香噴噴熱騰騰的蚵仔煎就上桌囉,剛煎好的蚵仔煎香味四溢,新鮮的蚵仔吃起來QQ香甜、汁多味美,至於麵­皮部分,因為老闆特別煎的有點焦黑,吃起來反而有種軟中帶酥、酥中帶脆的口感。
