@RufusBryantJr being able to pay your bills isn't always an option. As for the man who shot you I can relate to him. Judging by the way you called him a nigger you deserved being shot in the face. If you are a mother and daughter trying to make it on your own after the soul provider leaves and he doesn't pay support at all you can't do much. The truck you were once able to afford now becomes to expensive.

I had a repo guy come by and repo a car that I didn't even have a loan on. He was trying to get someone else's car and got mine. He was arrested for auto theft. Get your facts straight before you go taking someones car. I hate repo people anyway. They are black hearted alright. @xtothefifthpower A lender has to be able to retrieve the collateral. If a person doesn't pay for the property, the property does not belong to that person.
My 2 questions for you:
1) How much more would honest people have to pay on loans if lenders had no way of retrieving property when a borrower does not pay?
2) How long would it be before lenders completely stop lending if they are not allowed to retrieve the collateral for the loan?
Stopping repo men only hurts honest borrowers.
