How was Qadhafi a dictator when he held NO authority or power over the Libyan government, aside from being SELECTED by the Jamahiriya to protect Libya's funds and be the HONORARY leader of the Jamahiriya that he empowered in 1977?
The Secretary General of State was the "head of state" of Libya, and that was not Qadhafi.
The Libyan people are the ones who have been overthrown, Qadhafi was just a symbolic leader, now a martyr.
