The link I gave I only found for the purpose of making a point in the comment I made, I didn't even know that there existed so detailed wiki about rakghouls before googling it XD
Also, I stand correct in my saying that those things are rakghouls. Heck, the actual name of the trailer is 'Rise of the Rakghouls'.
Though I will admit that rakghouls are as close as one can get to zombies in the SW universe ; )

@Elmithian erm no there zombies... I have played swtor 1 and 2 and they are not rakghouls they look completly different lol, but i guess there no talking to you mega fans :) I actually like the idea of zombies in star wars though its awesome, left 4 dead could use some lightsabers!

@Brittnisan Na this is the star wars universe, nobody stays dead, Darth Maul came back about 3 times or something ridiculous, people just can't die.
