Tom Tom looks good on iPhone, I already have a sat nav but on discovering this am tempted to download app to my iPhone, thing is I looked for this app but noticed that I have to pay for it, which one is the free one?

@Scottishgal78 unfortunately there are no free lunches :D. lol. The cheapest and best sat nav app is CoPilot... it comes in at approx 28 quid

it does just jailbreak your phone get the app for free

@cirus101 nope it works even if you have no sim card since iphones have built in GPSs

does tom tom use any kind of internet service while on the road being used or gps signal has nothing to do with internet or data network?

@Scottishgal78 Copilot is awesome compared to tomtom. Copilot is easier to use as in it's more intuitive and offers loads of features that tomtom lacks and should have as a satnav app.
