Well, I am kind of los you with do the triangles in the middle at 4.00 there is where i get lost and i don't know how to do them.

You get the smaller edge of the triangle and fold it to the longest side of the triangle. It should turn into a small flap. I rub my fingers on the edge to indicate where that edge should align to. I hope I answered your question. Ask more questions if needed.
