Here's 4 promos.
The first, a :60 image spot, relies on text and Greg O'Neill to sell the innovative/infuriating/illuminating/idiotic (pick your adjective) format for Fox 29's news. There are several direct swipes at the competition, including one where both Action and Eyewitness Newses are called out by name. And typeface.
The second is the promo for their Winter Weather Authority branding, with the Fox 29 GPS and a cool cel-shaded model of their building presumably done at Fox's Tampa graphics hub.
The third promo is another general "You Deserve More"/"Our Newscast Is Different" image spot. Not as effective as the first.
Promo #4 is for The Simpsons, and... uh, I really have no idea what it means. 29 seems to be good at making promos for their comedies that are more baffling than funny.
I am still trying to understand how they are the "Weather Authority" and how they have "The Power to lead." If all of that is true, then why are they dead last in the ratings?
