After the incident the Mirador del Inka invaded in a very aggressive way Hostal Sweet Daybreak and stole the whole equipped hostel from its owners. Raf and Vanessa are proceeding with a law suit with 6 legal offences against the Mirador del Inka, who took posesion of their home and hostel, without any legal motivation or what so ever.
4 months later the judge and the police ordered the Mirador del Inka to return part of the stolen goods, as can be seen in other videos.
At the website of the Mirador del Inka (check it out and get to know which kind of people we are talking about) you can see:
- The renting contract with Hostal Sweet Daybreak, valid until April 2012.
- False publications in various newspapers about an attempt to burn our own hostel. For 100 Soles you can publish any story in the newspapers here in Cusco. The articles don't count with any evidence or photo, only a picture of the San Blas church. They try to generate so called evidence to try to justify their actions, all based on lies.
- They publish a notarial letter they have sent to Hostal Sweet Daybreak with the message that we have to leave our hostel. People can write notarial letters to the president of the United States to tell him that he has to leave the White House for some unjustified reason. These letters they generate themselves to make it look like they are right. Where is the letter from the judge or any legal institution to ask Raf and Vanessa to leave their home and hostel?
- They make it seem like Hostal Sweet Daybreak didn't pay the rent. Where is the proof? Raf and Vanessa do have the proof of all bank receipts of the payments they have made (crucial evidence in their case). They also have the copies of Infocorp where Edwin Corimaita is registered as a problematic debtor with various Peruvian banks, the reason why Edwin Corimaita and his family decided to brutally kick Raf and Vanessa out of their home and hostel.
- They also mention the fact as Raf would burn his own hostel down, with at least 80 gallons (320 liters) of gasoline. Sounds like a totally ridiculous idea, as for Raf and Vanessa their hostel was worth 3000 U$ a month, money they earned by a lot of dedication and hard but very pleasant work with tourists all over the world. Their hostel was also fully equipped with beds, artifacts,.. everything you need to make a hostel work. They invested all of their savings in equipping their hostel, which is now being run by the family Corimaita of the Mirador del Inka.
- They also make it seem as Raf and Vanessa are violent people, and problematic drug users. They have a one year old daughter and try to be the best parents for her.
The first thing that the Mirador del Inka did in their corrupt practices was manipulating the police and manipulate a drug test they took from Raf. Why a drug test in the first place? It turned out positive on cocaine, but Raf and Vanessa already have the results of a test we ordered to fulfill in Lima, more profound, with hair tissue, which turned out negative for any kind of drug. Raf doesn't even smoke. Besides, people who use drugs get brutally kicked out of their houses?
Even if you would like to believe the story that these criminals of the Mirador del inka are making up, why do they take possession of a perfectly healthy and functioning hostel after one of the associates decided to burn down a house and got so called caught by the police? Doesn't that associate return to his house and family afterwards? Or do all so called criminals end up in the street with other people in possession of their houses?
