Well, technically they are the same thing, which is really the whole point of this. The globalists refer to world government as "global governance," because it sounds more palatable to the general public. However, behind the names they are essentially the exact same thing. It's just that one is more stealthy and camouflaged than the other. However, you cannot have global governance without world government -- the point being that world government is already here and being administered.
