  • #1 Has A Big Sidearm!

  • this is an excellent drill for foot and hand coordination!

  • The footwork keeps them all from being quick to the target with their throws. Th back foot needs to step in front of the plant foot not behind and to the left. This takes their momentum away from the direction they are throwing the ball.

  • see ive played softball for some time and have a scholarship to a pac 10 school and have thrown sidearm my entire carreer and have always thrown harder more accurately and with more control than any other girl on my team but it does have its consicuences ihave had 9 surgeries to reoare my rotator cuff labrium bicep muscle and tendon and i have also had 2 tommy johns surgeries. m not denying there are some benefits to sidearm but be careful.

  • I agree their feilding is great but the blonde in the pants has alot of side arm going on

  • good drill. the only thing i would point out or emphasize to these girls is to throw over the top. i see side arm throws and push throws...not good. it kills me as a player and a coach to see a girl make a great defensive play but cannot make an accurate throw to finish it!
