Find a wall and face it, two steps away from it.

Put both hands on the wall and one foot in front of the other, having the back leg extended and the front leg bent and underneath your torso.

Lean towards the wall whilst having the back foot flat on the floor.

Hold for the count of 10 and then changes sides.
