Chandrabindoo Kicks Off 2010 US Tour in Cleveland

Bangla Band Chandrabindoo kicked off their 2010 US Tour in Cleveland, Ohio. Organized by the local Bengali Cultural Society, the event drew a modest crowd who cheered on as lead vocalist Anindya, in his inimitable tongue-in-cheek style, introduced the premium commodities of Kolkata - Bangla Bandh and Bangla Band! The evening went on being a mix of wit, one-liners and of course, Chandrabindoo's hit songs spanning over a decade. We missed Chandril who is not part of this tour, but Anindya, Upal, Surajit, Sibu, Rajshekhar and Arup made the crowd cheer and clap along and made it a memorable evening. The performance at Nashville was indentical! Anindya cracked the same jokes. They even sung the same songs, except for Chandrabindoo. Instead Nashville had adorer nouka, bondhu tomaye, etc.
