Those people who says pro do not use the wrist for forehand are pretty crazy... Okay evidence? go to Djorkovic free lesson and also Boris Becker legendary lesson both talk about wrist usage. Djorkovic said when he wants to add spin he said he use wrist.. becker said when speed up the racket speed he uses wrist..

People how can you speed up the racket head speed without wrist? so you can have broken wrist and still can play tennis??

@NiggeliNG No, you do not "USE" the wrist at all, it's a kinetic chain starting with leg power to trunk/core rotation to hip/shoulder rotation. Then, the racket follows behind kind of a Slingshot into the ball.
