  • Cool exercises. Paul Chek stuff is the best! The quote on the wall should be exactly inverted: "A fit body starts with a strong mind". Sooooooo true.

  • @atitkem As a strengthening exercise they are. For a stabilizing exercise and for a toning exercise, I would recommend this over overhead squats. Overhead squats are one of my new favorite lifts, but I think they have a different application and purpose than this sort of exercise.

  • overhead squats are much better for your core

  • audio quality could be better :(  it undermines the material being presented.
