Tangerine Dream - Mojave Plan (Complete)

In early 1982 the next regular TD album, White Eagle, was released by the trio Froese/Franke/Schmoelling. The track Mojave Plan had been played live for the first time with Eberhard Schoener and orchestra at the "Classic Rock Night" in Munich on December 9th, 1981. Edgar Froese and Chris Franke were also on keyboards for a short time during the final tracks Time Square by Eberhard Schoener (not to be confused with TD's composition from 1997) and Give Peace A Chance.

In 1995 Virgin re-released the album on CD in the so-called "Definitive Edition" series, featuring the original front cover artwork. The sound quality of this release, using the Super Bit Mapping technology, is probably the best up to now.

This is such an underrrated disc and composition . Hardly anyone mentions it in TDs pantheon

of great stuff from the late 70s early 80s . It is easily the most daring colorful and driving pieces they' ve ever done . The whole album is inspired....Hyperborea , their next disc , is definitely up on that plateau also

Nice to find your reaction. This is really great stuff! Normally I just listen through my quite good speakers connected to my PC but I put up my Apero Alpha Pro headphones now and enjoy at least 100 times as much!

Wich are the best video-software in your opinion to create a sober artwork,a real supervideo like this one or Tangram Set1+2,etc,i am insecure,because i don't want to do some bad one,only good for deleting it,you know.It is not the lacking of ideas,i am not so long handling with P.C.'s,i have learned all in 1 Year only,but to create an artwork ,you need some experience,what i am still try to learn,you know?Anyway,i hope i did not spoil your day with such problems...!!!
