@yeahbuddy776 What is the spell that Frodo uses to get the light of Earendil?!
-
"Filthy little fly, why does he cry? Caught in a web...soon he'll be....EATEN."

2:07 any1 remember golum's line ?

whats the name of the song ? its interesting.

in the movie Shelob is a terantula like spider, but I think a Nephila like spider would have been better, because Nephilas are even more creepier than tarantulas!!!!!

@MetalMarioFist It's movements are just great! as you said (no room for discussion there :D). My personal disagreement is just... that... well, I know Frodo must be the scared one, but me (as part of a huge audience) wants to be scared to, I just would've prefered John Howe's Shelob for a scarier perspective of what I think is the most darkening character in The LOTR, not just a bid-bad monster, but a psychological sight of evilness. But yeah, Frodo shit his pants at the tower of Cirith Ungol :P

@AlbinusMakedonion I've heard the commentary and I LOVE how Shelob moves. It's a very scary type of movement. Stop, Run, Stop, Run, Stop! Besides if you think about it from Frodo's perspective he probably shit his pants.

@Vyna80 You got a point there ;) poor little fly

@AlbinusMakedonion I think Peter Jackson was going for a funnel web spider look...I dunno, I thought it was be ok. I agree that it wasn't *that* scary, but I think it scared the shit out of frodo ;)

@koko06100 because thats not the real song from the movie
I didn't like too much this Shelob. It should've been more like the one John Howe did. This was just like... a giant common tarantula, that's all. It didn't scare that much.
In the book, the chapter is... incredible, you literally feel the abyss of the tunnel around your room

The image of Frodo caught in the web reminds of Arachnid.
