people like these two working for 911 are a disgrace to united states, they are giving a bad reputation to 911 and to our country,,its a shame to hear this coming from dispatchers from 911,, this is why videos like this and people like them,make are enemies of other countries happy, i hope they were fired they embarrass me..what kind of professionals are these two imbreed idiots..
