@ebonyladee i used to be like that. ignore the cravings for 3 days to a week and i noticed i no longer craved sugar.

Once again Thanks for the great info, I have no idea what my metabolic typing is, I try to eat healthy, try following the 80/20 rule. I rarely eat out and never go to fast food restaurants. I do three days of spinning classes and two days running stairs. My downfall is Sugar I am addicted to sweets, I tried Stevia and hated the bitter taste. I buy organic sugar but just can't get off the stuff. Lactose intolerant so no Ice cream for me. Saw your video on L-Glutamine, will it help?
