Truth in Shred contest August 2009

This will be my real entry after my wife made me post the metal shred version.this has better sound and i did in 3 takes so i worked it out a little!!!!Figured i would put a real effort that resembles more of my style thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know about the best ?creative and tried to stand out witha different fusion approach on the holdsworth side.I did get alot of slack from friends not loading the videos with technic but?Maybe i should have overplayed and done some of the insane patterns and runs????????

Thanks i tried to be a little different with Holdsworth sounding stuff ,whole tone arpeggios,and string bending at the end off the neck. It stands out from the rest in my opinion.Just enough technic but not overplayed with some attitude!!!Some vids to me are just overloadedwith technic and really loose the feel of the song in the backround.THis was just fun for me and i hope everyone enjoyed it.Thanks for the tremendous support in ratings and views on both of my videos!!!!!!!!!

Veru cool entry sticks out the most out of all entries very different approach mixing holdsworth with rock playing especially love that little melody part!5 stars this should be the winner!!!!!!

I checked out almost all the other videos,im sorry but i got bored after awhile they all started to sound the same then i always come back to your two its unbelievable how you sound and play so much better,its more original ,i guess its your approach and note selection!Hope you win dude!
