as a cop i agree this was a bit extreme. the only way wed ever confiscate a board is if the person was nailing folks on the side walk..really all we can do is ask them to leave and if its private property issue a trespassing citation but the owner has to call first. this cop has a bit of an attitude problem for sure. we are not all like that.
