Since you say on your website you are a soul Sudani, then as a singer and performer at least you are expected to sing Sudanese songs, not other Arabic songs, unless as something on the side, but as your professional perfomrance has to be focused on Sudanese songs & culture. These words are for the singer, not the publisher.

from Tanzania. The album she is working on is mainly

Sudanese songs. Check out Jamilah on the front page on

her site. But in the end she is experimental, writes

her own songs and performs with musicians from

different backgrounds. Her coming shows are going to

For those who think they know about Sufism in Sudan and thus blaming Alsarah for presenting this culture of ours in this elegant way-- I say to them: You should educate yourself about Sudan; Culturally, Historically and in every other way before you start pointing fingers at Alsarah who probably knows the history of our country more than all of of your ignorant asses!
