On Wednesday, the 14th of December, this citizen of the North-Carolina American Republic arrived at 9AM in Yadkin County District court and waited for eight hours to be heard. At 4:50PM, when he was finally called forward, the ADA said his claims were frivolous, and that the court would not have time to review his paperwork. His case has been continued until January 11th.

The citizen details his experiences in the following phone interview with Forsyth County Representative Cliff Muncy.
