I am Shashikant Junnarkar age 57 years ,practicing yoga for last 14 years. Yoga has changed my life. The postures which is shown in this documents requires a lot of practice. .
Most of the people suffer with sever backache. This is because of numbness in muscles supporting spinal cod. Also wrong standing/ sitting position, lack of exercise, heavy eating habits, constipation and so on leads to sever backache. This yoga document is designed to show how you can overcome the problem of sever backache by yoga. Please note that yoga should be performed before taking meal either early in the morning or evening. yoga should be perform slowly & steadily and not in haphazard manner.
