Well I so enjoyed watching this mainly because I know you Sam, and I should be rolling over and laughing because I know your humor on this subject. You are a master at what you do and a master in seeing the under tone of human existences.

The customer is always right but it doesn't mean they have a clue what they want. He is trying to tell people to trust the artist more. People give the artist instructions as if they would be lost without them. The artist knows what he's doing. People need to trust that the artist will make the best caricature possible.

It might have come off wrong, but it's a frustraing subject. He is trying to inform people what to expect when getting a drawing done.
