Police Brutality ? It depends, if theres 2-3 cops trying to cuff u and your resisting then they can use other means to cuff you. But if a cop has control of you and your cuffed he can't punch, kick or assault you! If your being arrested just let the cops cuff you sort it out later.

You are kidding that organizations are stopping police brutality. It ain't working, the cops are getting nastier and more hostile and insulting and violent everyday. Cops are never held to account for assaults like the rest of us are. If we had LA style in riots in every community cops got off after brutality something would start to happen. LA failed because they did not destroy big business interests who would have brought pressure to change the police.
