"Demae-Itcho" is a brand of instant noodles (most of them ramen) which are eaten in Japan, Hong Kong, etc.
The song broadcasted on TV in 1980s in Japan. Otaki Eiichi and Kida Taro(last phrase) composed it.
I simply trained low pitched sound of Kagamine Len at first, but it has joined somethings now.

Because, all words are made up of Japanese expression, I can't translate them literally.
But, if I translate words freely,
When we grow up, we eat more, and vice versa.
And KAGAMINE Rin says "GOMA NO KENKO ITADAKI MAS".
Translate:We appreciate that we eat sesame and we can become healthy.

After the song, HATSUNE Miku says "Oh, no! Why don't you sing the song of welsh onion?"

Equally 1st one, all words are made up of Japanese expression, I can't translate them literally.
But, if I translate words freely,
When there are many welsh onions, we turn ones, and vice versa. (Nonsense.)
And HATSUNE Miku says "NEGI NO KENKO ITADAKI MAS".
Translate:We appreciate that we eat welsh onion and we can become healthy.
