@joaquin66, i wish whitney the best too. Charice is very talented, but she's nothing like Whitney. she probably wont be taken over "Whitney's reign". but she should go far. and hey im rooting for her. ;)

@joaquin66,and im sure you do love Whitney and have her CD's. but the reason i questioned your loyalty to whitney is because you brought up her drug addiction and her "screw ups". which we were never even close to talking about. i'm guessing you just wanted to have a conversation about it. but she's picking herself up and thats all that matters now. and theres is no doubt that many many people from all generations are inspired by her come-through. cant stay in the past.

@joaquin66, what your saying is true. she is in the spotlight so she should be a role model. but thats her struggle of her life. she's not "glamorizing" drugs. she's not putting drugs in her music like some rappers do. was i disappointed with Whitney? yes. but i know shes not perfect. and now shes back, and she's showing the younger generation that you can come out of what she went through.

@WH012 Anyhow, I am sure she will survive. Make another CD. Make more money go into movies, etc. My only concern is that her addiction, which she falls in and out of, be emulated by younger generation. Is she glamorizing drugs? Is she a good role model? SHe did try so many times to get better. But when is enough? When do we throw the towel? on her 10th rehab...I am just worried about the younger generation. Peace.
