  • @FICHTNER02 Sorry for the delayed response, I was facing west.

  • @medini2 I haven't been able to see the moon the past couple of nights but everytime it has been in this phase the past few months it has looked like this to me...

  • @MrMBB333 No problem man just trying to point that out. Just curious, were you facing North or South when taking this footage?

  • @tpclinic Do you film your kids through a refractor telescope? If you do then they would be facing the opposite direction than they would be if you looked straight on at them. Just sayin

  • good job keep it up

  • I go outside to smoke about 9pm CMT, The moon was at an even latitude (center of the sky)went out an hour and found that the moon had moved North from it's spot by about 30 degrees! did anyone else see this? also, those 2 large bright planets seem to be coming together in the sky, but...for them to do this, they would have to be moving in opposite directions...Right?, If so then this is not a good thing, because the planets do not go in opposite directions!

  • @FICHTNER02 No, I do not get mad, not at all. You make a good point. Yes, I was using a camcorder to do the vid. However, I did have a 5 inch Celestron telescope standing in front of the camcorder that I had just used to look at the moon. The only difference from the telescope and the camcorder is left and right values. Not top and bottom. In the telescope, craters that appears on the left, are in actuality on the right. Good point and much appreciated, thanks.
