Sanyo VPC-FH1 720p (aka HD-SHQ in the camera) + noise reducer
A little 1080p clip: http://www.zshare.net/download/62767693b87c4983/
It's 1080p @ 30fps, other modes available for full hd are 1080p@60fps (that both VLC and quicktime can't take, it needs to be converted or slowed down (in fact, in the camera it has the same name that the slow motion modes have, so probably it is one) so i didn't shoot anything in it) and 1080i @ 60 fields (that looks crap, needs to be deinterlaced)
Also all the modes for the guy that is about to buy the camera:
Full-HR = 1080p@60fps
Full-HD = 1080i@60fields
Full-SHQ = 1080p@30fps
HD-SHQ = 720p @ 30fps (no 720@60 mode, could have been interesting)
TV-SHQ = 480p@30fps
Web-SHR = 448x336 240 SHR (aka slow motion 240fps)
Web-UHR = 192x108 600 fps UHR (aka slow motion 600fps)
And for stills:
12M = 4000x3000
8M-H = 3264x2448
8M-S = same, but less quality (also burst mode)
6M = 3264x1840 (16:9)
2M = 1920x1080 (16:9) (can take these while you shoot full hd)
2M = 1600x1200
0.9M = 1280x720 (16:9) (can take these while you shoot 720)
0.3M = 640x480
4M = 2288x1712 (burst mode only)
Many many other settings i can't write here (char limit) like focus (9 spot, single spot, manual, auto, super macro) and others but these are the main ones for videos and stills. Hope i helped you choose. It is the kind of "point-and-shoot" HD camera but it is as advanced as any DSLR gets, without the DSLR lenses but without looking bad. Also if this seems complex, there's a Simple Menu mode.
what kind of editing software did you use?
