"Six Months to Make It" Episode 1: "Driving Test"

"Six Months to Make It" is the story of me (Luke Walton) trying to become successful in the music industry. After my early graduation January 23rd, I have a six month break from school during which I'll be working like crazy to progress my dream.

I realized that getting my license is the first step on my journey to success in the music industry. Accordingly, this first episode is about me taking my driver's test.

Driving has never been my favorite activity. When I first got my permit, I ran into a few problems. While driving home from the Del Mar Fair at night, I merged onto the freeway and almost got nailed by a guy going 100+. Another time, a crazed woman with intense road rage trailed me into P.F. Chang's and almost got into a physical altercation with me. So, due to the combination of the stress of learning something new and the fears created by crazy people, I put off taking my test... until now.

Realizing the importance of driving in my music career, I overcame the fear and got behind the wheel again. After a deep breath, I made my appointment.

Episode 1 begins thirty minutes before my test with my mom talking on the phone to our insurance agent. Enjoy!
