Husband 'Surprised' Wife Who Wanted Him Dead Is Free

Attorneys representing Michael Dippolito in his divorce said their client is surprised his wife is out on bond.

"He's a little surprised that she was granted bond and he's a little surprised that she's out, because she was out pending trial," said attorney Joshua Friedman.

"She's sitting in her mother's house a mile-and-a-half from his house waiting for this appeal process to take place instead of being in jail after she's already been convicted for trying to kill him," added attorney Jason Brodie.

Brodie said it was his opinion that there is "not much weight to the appeal."

"But (the judge) granted her bond, which she has the right to do, and she was able to post it," said Brodie.

Salnick didn't answer any questions from reporters, and nobody answered the door at the home of Dippolito's mother.

Ok so what's the case of the appeal......What factor that she couldnt control made her calmly tell a fucking black guy in a parking lot that she was 5000% sure she wanted him dead. The tape is there for visual and audio has been scientifically analyzed and even THAT alone could prove she was the one there doing it. The defense she gave the cops the day it happened?- I didnt do anything wahhh look at my breasts I shouldnt get in trouble because Im a bitch. If this bitch gets free Im going crazy
