This is some footage off of my gun cam during the early duck season opener. I didn't shoot all that great, but I got my share anyway. It's weird having the cam on the side of your barrel at first, but I've gotten used to it now.
They'll run you around $80-90. But you only need one. If you learn to shoot it, you will have alot less cripples than before. It takes a little getting used to, though. Try one. If you don't like it, you can sell it and get just about what you paid for out of it.
