My 7D always lowers the MP it shoots in..usaually 4-10 mp....does anyone know why or what I can change or is this camera got a defect

but i have a question, even with the peripheral illumination enable i continue to have in the photos some Vignetting ... any word of advise ?
the lens im using on my canon 7d is EF-S15-85 f/3.5-5.6 IS USM
