@TheGorgorothSpire You might try Mediaeval Baebes, Enigma, Enya, Karl Jenkins Hans Zimmer, Tolkien Ensemble etc.
You could also poke around among the pieces of Two Steps from Hell, E. S. Posthumus, X-Ray Dog, Immediate music and the like. Though these might mostly be too synthy for your tastes there should be at least a few tracks to your liking.

Yep, too "synthy" IMHO. I suggest to you as well to listen to Atrium Animae, an Italian project. Look for them in my channel.
