Vincent is a puppy found in San Vicente Village, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. He was shot by a pellet that penetrated his spinal column and paralyzed half of his body. To make things worse, he was also hit by a car. A text from an animal lover allowed us to rescue Vincent who had been in that very sorry state for two cold, rainy days, just lying in a gutter. He has infection all over but he can control his bowel and bladder, so there is hope. Vincent will need a wheelchair as his hind legs will never work again, besides payment of his other vet bills.
