4409 -- John McCain is NOT a natural born citizen

FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFOR RUNNING YOUR MOUTH:

1. You need to know th difference between "Natural born" and "Naturalized"

2. No where in the constitution does it state that an illegaly occupied foreign nation is US soil...I.E. Panama

3. In order for naturalized citizens like John McCain to be qualified an Amendment to the Constitution under Article V would have to be passed before a naturalized citizen could legally be elected President.

Get it, McCain is NOT a natural born citizen he is Naturalized, just like that moron Obama

4. McCain is naturlized because both of his parents are Americans but he was never truly borin IN AMERICA on us soil...A US airbase in an illegaly occupied foreign nation is NOT America no matter how much people so desperatly want to believe...

5. It is NOT U.S. soil.
Where does it state in the Constitution that illegally foreign occupied land is U.S. Soil?

You may want to believe in your heart it's US soil but it's NOT. Please refer to that little document called the constitution.

I hear the word considered...considered is not the same "as is" us soil. Who considers it? The constitution is the supreme law of the land and I don't recall seeing any consideration.

6. And last...I hear this all the time --claiming the senate recognized McCain as a Natural born citizen -- McCain, John, recognize as a natural born citizen of the U.S. S.Res.511
4/30/2008 Passed/agreed to in Senate. Status: Resolution agreed to in Senate without amendment and with a preamble by Unanimous Consent.

The senate can vote on and pass all the resolutions they want and have a party about it for all I care, but until they pass an amendment to the constitution he is not eligible to be President. You cant just bypass the constitution with some stupid resolution.

So by your rationale an American mother who gives birth on a plane flying from Hawaii to California but giving birth over international waters/airspace, her child isn't a natural born citizen. What about people born in Puerto Rico? Guam? Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany? Saying somewhere is "illegally occupied" is political language, not legal. "Natural-born" is a legal term, not political.
