Harold Crick: Miss Pascal, what you're describing is anarchy. Are you an anarchist?
Ana Pascal: You mean, am I a member of...
Harold Crick: An anarchist group, yes.
Ana Pascal: Anarchists have a group?
Harold Crick: I believe so, sure.
Ana Pascal: They assemble?
Harold Crick: I don't know.
Ana Pascal: Wouldn't that completely defeat the purpose?

  • This scene always irritated me. Anarchists are anti-leadership, not anti-group. I get the humor, and I did laugh when I first saw this movie, but still. lol

  • @prolefeedprocessor I totally agree with you.

  • Hee hee. He's fantasizing and listening to the narration of his fantasy, which makes him fantasize...

    What a cycle.

  • @prolefeedprocessor Exactly. It always pissed me off as well. Although I am not an anarchist they are essentially anti-force. Government=force. A voluntary association in a group is not force and it just makes the writer sound stupid.

  • free market anarchy. google it. anarcho-capitalism.

  • @prolefeedprocessor Yeah, especially since she reminds me of every anarchist I've ever met.
