It's more than a live performance.I think we tend to not really see behind the curtain of our cynicism to the reality and value of Dan honestly pouring out his soul in love for music, bare and honestly, and we are witness to the beauty if we can truely see what is going on here.I truely love, deeply, these live performance videos because to me,they keep Dan alive in my heart and the beauty of who he was and his music who has touched so many of our lives so deeply.

Thank you for this posting, Tim. One of my very favorite songs by Dan. I did alot of drinking and dancing to this song...many years ago! Brings back memories!

27 years ago at an end of the schoolyear party my first year of teaching the social worker was playing guitar. I asked him if he knew any Fogelberg...He said "Morning Sky". He played guitar, I sang....years later we stood up in each others weddings and are still food friends today. That Fogelberg magic!

I watch these clips and think that I have been listening to this man since the 70's and then think of the people that have no idea of what he did for music.

He was an extraordinary entertainer and a musical genius in my eyes. I shutter to think that I will never see the likes of anyone like him again. He was definitely one of a kind. Sing an incredibly beautiful song one minute and rock your socks off the next! Many great memories listening to his music! Thanks Dan and thank you for posting.
