Surveys are not to rate AT&T Surveys are to rate the agents that help you connect If you rate "Very satisfied" agents will get better tools to fix your connectivity problems, email issues, wireless issues, etc.
its either you really have bad survey scores or getting pressured by your sup to generate more tacrifts ahhaha... good luck with that. been there done that.
I've had good experiences and bad experiences with call center folks. I'm a prem tech for AT&T U-Verse...we recently did an install for a sales agent (worked in a call center). We had to laugh when he asked where his fiber was...he was under the delusion that we were going to install fiber cable in his house...

At&t is not unlimited. 150 month cap. I use 5 or 6 GB a day or more times that by 30 days and that's 150 GB right there. Netflix streaming device or watching a you tube video you will use about 10 GB a day plus all the Streaming the internet.I'm switching. as of tomorrow
