  • its either you really have bad survey scores or getting pressured by your sup to generate more tacrifts ahhaha... good luck with that. been there done that.

  • I've had good experiences and bad experiences with call center folks. I'm a prem tech for AT&T U-Verse...we recently did an install for a sales agent (worked in a call center). We had to laugh when he asked where his fiber was...he was under the delusion that we were going to install fiber cable in his house...

  • At&t is not unlimited. 150 month cap. I use 5 or 6 GB a day or more times that by 30 days and that's 150 GB right there. Netflix streaming device or watching a you tube video you will use about 10 GB a day plus all the Streaming the internet.I'm switching. as of tomorrow
