@bevotaylor I don't know where you got that from, but it isn't true. Elvis did not do message or tribute songs. He said many, many times, that his music was just entertainment and he was just an entertainer. Elvis was not political, but all indications are he was very right of center. He didn't offend anyone nor did he cater to anyone.

Those songs compare to "in the ghetto?" Revolution? Your song? I can't even believe you brought the commercial titanic song in to the conversation.
Celine Dion nor any song she ever "WROTE" or sang that was an original work will ever compare.
