  • I need to know if the motherboard tray will fold out with the cooler mounted. New build will be this case, i52500k and Asus p8p67 deluxe motherboard, 16gb crucial, Seasonic X650 gold full modular power supply. Just now ordering parts and the tray will have to open with cooler mounted for my application. It will be used mainly for video editing.

    Great vid, thanks

  • @123willway WIth the cooler I have installed in this machine it barely will not clear to open the mobo tray. This is a large cooler, so others may work fine.

  • you must do cable management...for better air circulation.

  • @muhendisane Full load overclocked to 3.4 GHz results in 50-55 C. Chilly compared to stock cooler. This case is small and there is no where else to route cables. The one sticking out is a fan on the door, pulls out when door is removed.

  • i see different opinions about which way to face this up or outwards... im starting to think its just preference.

  • what do you mean?

  • Thanks for your reply. I need a cooler that will not interfere with memory slots and allow the tray to fold out. Not easy to find, stock cooler is not going to be able to handle what I will be doing, the case is on the floor next to me now thanks to Newegg. No wild overclocking, but a lot of video editing and conversion. Not into gaming. Great video!

    Thanks
