This one can be found at the beginning of haven, near the broken parlor. There's a place with a little crab, and you can see a broken cristal bomb between the rocks. If you watch it closer, you can see this clip with the necklace.

I had this problem too. You click on the necklace and a flashback appears but most of the time I could only hear what was going on and not see anything. It might have been my computer cus it was a cheapy one and Myst does require a lot of graphics. I could only go to Haven as well, Serenia and Spire was toatlly unseeable lol!
