@Cheezzy0 Luc Robitaille wasn't a great skater but he had a great shot and knew the game enough to get good stats.
Look at Ozzie's individual goalie stats. They are not impressive. He was on a good team that knew how to play control hockey and keep shots to lower percentage scoring areas.
The Detroit Red Wings have been named the top sports franchise several times. Look at the players they've had over the years they've dominated. Such a team does not need an HOF goalie for those stats.

That's just a dumb statement. That's like saying "Luc Robitaille's a good guy but he was a pretty mediocre winger, he was never as good as Howe." Mediocre goalies don't get 400 wins in the NHL. He's tenth all-time, and the 9 guys before him are either already in the HOF, or destined for it. Mediocrity doesn't put you in that company...

suckish goalie? The guy has over 400 wins, 3 Stanley Cups...that's Hall of Fame credentials. Had Detroit won the Cup in 2009 he was one of the leading favorites to win Conn Smythe as well. In the fight a much bigger Roy was pushed back and then taken down by a smaller Osgood after Roy didn't connect on many of the punches he threw, not exactly beating anyone's ass if you ask me, it was more of a tie than anything.

@Wisest85 winning a conn smythe does not make you the best player, i mean yeah its a great achievement but u cant just say that n make it seem like he is better. its not ozzies fault he is part of a great franchise that can score goals and be awesome lol
