@gimee50k unfortunately, the way it is right now: people WILL abuse his jailbreak. hacks spread all over the place. sony will attack the fire at it's source by getting rid of the jailbreak and thus no longer having the issue. they have no choice but to sue geohot because they can not get rid of the hacks any other way.
