Had a few days off from a contract in San Fran and decided to drive out to Tahoe to do some day hiking and gambling. here is some video of the hiking. no footage of the gambling...hehe. the first part of the video is of a mother bear and her cub fishing the spawning salmon in a creek just off the road. lots of people gathered around which was annoying. got right up close to her though.
I hiked from Emerald Bay past Eagle Lake up to the mountain ridge overlooking the Velma Lakes. perfect day.
