I'm guessing it went working now at the end of the video because maybe when the train went fast and u hear that wheel drop, maybe it fixed the tricker

The man that set that crossing must be drunk.

ive seen this before here in charlotte, nc on the NS line. the train had sat in the crossing for about 30 mins. and then started to move again. About 2 mins after the train started to move again, the gates went up, the lights went off and then everything reactivated. I was told by NS that the timer in the relay box had timed out and then reset.

Gates are going up and down.

Crossing signal, "God how long is this train? Need......to......hold.....my.
....arm......a....little.....l onger....DAMNIT!! I can't do it. Wait this train is still going? Shit, let me try this again." -
Looks like a bad insulated joint... - as the space between the trucks are far, causing the joints to malfunction in result, causes the relay to think there's no train there.
Well, that is a pretty bad malfunction, but on a crossing down here I've seen the signal shut off completely (gates up, lights off) while the train is still rolling through! Black tank cars crossing a dark road! It's fixed now, though.

@RailWolf7306 no reflective tape on the tank cars?Where was that at?

The bad rail joint caused the signal malfunction. A railroad signal detects the train by the train wheels shorting the two rails together. If the rails have a bad joint, the rails are not always shirted together, and the signal malfunctions..
