They never have so far. You would rather watch the animations in silence? I for one get bored of the novelty pretty quick and turn them off all together. Japanese voices in English games don't happen either, even tho almost the entire fan-base wants that to happen.

its best that they should recreate it and put the voice on both version, 1. for eng 2. for jap.

the talking should include in it. hope they also create ps3,xbox360 and pc plus add in play through worldwide, like warcraft 3.

Actually in the english version of both One piece unlimited cruise games for Wii the animation and all speech was in japanes but with english subtitles.

i dont think the english version will have dubs, since the last 3 tag force's doesnt, but i am hoping that there is a language setting to japanese and having everything (including voices) in japanese, i hope this helps :)
