The parallels between Santa and Satan cannot be ignored for a person with spiritual discernment.
Santa comes from the North Pole now look at this scripture describing Satan's desire
"I will ascend into heaven! I will exalt my throne above the stars of God! I will sit on the mountain of assembly, in the far north! Isaiah 14:13
Santa is a benevolent soul. Now look at this scripture
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
2 Corinthians 11:14

This is a good and accurate video. The History Channel had a special on how we got our Christmas Traditions in America and all these facts were brought out. Of course, in a jolly, non-judgmental way. I will say that I didn't learn there was no such thing as Santa until I was 8 yrs old. It was so devastating, especially the fact that my parents were lying to me. I never let my children believe in Santa, they are all successful and happy-no scars from being Santa deprived.

@reginaDexant You realize how illogical that is, right? There was no Trinity in the Old Testament, that concept didn't come about till the New -can't have a Father-Son-Holy Ghost without the Son, and he wouldn't be born for a long time. For Hebrews Yahweh was one individual, so even if you believe Jesus already existed in Heaven running around waiting to be born there's no way a Jewish scribe would know that or take it into his account in his writing.

@sammyhain13 ELOHIM-the plural form of El meaning "strong one". The Trintiy God- Three persons one G-d. Hebrew masculine plural ending used with singular verb forms and with adjectives and pronouns in the singular, however considering the uniquely Hebraic Scripture the from indeed allows for the plurality within the Godhead (Trinity) Elohim Avinu-God our Father( John 8:42)

@reginaDexant Problem is there is absolutely nothing we need salvation from. We love this Earth and look forward to returning to it again and again to celebrate the holidays again and again with our Christian, Buddhist, Islamic and Atheist brothers and sisters

You're partially right in that your holy books originally celebrated the Goddess. There is holy Sophia (Wisdom).whom Solomon put in his Temple. Also, in Genesis when it says, "Let US make man in OUR image." That is the goddess speaking to your god.The Hebrew word used for "God" in Genesis is Elohim, the plural of Eloah, a feminine title for the Goddess. Eloah is the female "half" of El. This Hebrew Goddess in Genesis is Asherah, the Lady, speaking with Her mate.
so satan is the nice guy giving us presents? why do we need god anymore?

Wow, I wish this was a joke.
Just an observation to begin with, half the people commenting can't even spell yet they have suddenly become experts in ancient mythology!
You make so many unfounded claims in this video. So Santa's white hair, gift bearing ways, red robe, and northern location all make him an anti-christ?
Many of the characteristics you mentioned could have applied to my grandpa! (Gray hair, likes wearing red, gives gifts, lives in the north, cares if I'm good or not.

Thalossa, it is not just a whim of a claim for all the references are referring to Christ Himself and how Satan uses the influences of man to create a fictitious character in Santa Claus. EXAMPLE:
1. Christ has white hair (Rev 1:14),
2. God lives in the North (Isaiah 14:13).
3. Christ is the Judge (Rom. 2:16) just to name a few.
