"Beneath the Urban Canopy: A Mural Celebrating the Wildlife and Habitat of Forest Park"
All the animals and birds depicted in the mural could be found somewhere in Forest Park.
Created by children ages 8 to 13, the summer of 1991. The mural was an Audubon summer children's art project, directed by Lynn Takata, a mural artist from Chicago who continues to live in Portland. Sponsors: Portland Audubon Society, PNCA children and young adult program, Food Front Cooperative Grocery.
