It was written for/about George Bush. She said she won't have to sing it any more once Obama took office. I don't know for sure if she's stopped.

Any idea when it was written? I guess it was just kind of a live only-type thing.

I saw her in 2006 and I think she said she had written it recently because she was going to be on a FOX show and wanted a controversial song but I can't remember if she said she ended up performing it or not. She had it available on her MySpace page at one time. I have that one and two other versions. One's from a concert on Folk Alley you can download and another one was from some online concert in Nov 08.
